Submission of Abstracts, Presentations, Case Studies, and Research Papers

Speaker Guidelines – Prior to Abstract Submission

1. Confirm Eligibility & Conference Scope
- Ensure that your proposed topic aligns with the conference themes, including pediatrics, perinatology, neonatology, pediatric emergencies, child healthcare, and related specialties.

2. Prepare Your Abstract
- Draft a clear and concise abstract that effectively summarizes your work.
- Follow the structured format if specified (e.g., Title, Authors and Affiliations, Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion, Biography), referring to the sample template provided on the conference website.
- Adhere strictly to the word limit outlined in the abstract guidelines.

3. Meet Submission Requirements
- Submit your abstract exclusively through the official online abstract submission portal.
- Ensure that the abstract is original and has not been previously published or presented at another conference.

4. Provide Complete and Accurate Information
- List all contributing authors along with their correct institutional affiliations.
- Include accurate and up-to-date contact information for the presenting author.

5. Complete the Review Fee Payment
- Pay the mandatory abstract review fee promptly after submission.
- Abstracts will be considered for review only after payment has been successfully confirmed.

6. Follow Formatting and Upload Instructions
- Use the official abstract sample provided on the conference website to ensure correct formatting of the title, sections, and overall layout.

7. Submit Early
- Plan ahead and submit your abstract well before the deadline to avoid technical or last-minute submission issues.

Speaker Guidelines – Post Abstract Submission

1. Abstract Review & Confirmation
After submission and payment of the review fee, your abstract will undergo evaluation by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board.

2. Acceptance Notification
Authors of accepted abstracts will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter via email.

3. Speaker Registration
All accepted presenters must complete speaker registration to confirm participation and secure their presentation slot.

4. Presentation Preparation
Develop your presentation in alignment with the approved abstract. Ensure slides are professionally designed, easy to read, and visually clear, using large fonts and well-labeled figures.

5. Submission of Presentation Materials
Final presentation files, including slides and any supplementary materials, must be uploaded by the deadline specified by the conference organizers through the speaker portal or official communications.

6. Publication & DOI (If Applicable)
Accepted abstracts may be published in partner journals and assigned a DOI. Any applicable publication fees must be paid to proceed with publication.

7. Travel & Conference Logistics
If attending in person, make necessary travel arrangements in advance. Review the conference schedule to confirm your session date and time.

8. Session Readiness & Participation
Arrive at the session room early and be prepared to actively participate, including responding to audience questions following your presentation.

Guidelines for Abstract Authors

1. Prior to Submission
- Prepare a well-structured abstract that reflects originality and fits within the themes of Pediatrics, Perinatology, and Emergency Pediatric Care.
- Verify language quality, formatting, and the accuracy of scientific content.

2. Following Acceptance

Abstract Evaluation Procedure
Once your abstract is submitted, payment of the Abstract Review Fee is mandatory. The review process will be initiated only after the fee is received and will be conducted by the Organizing Committee and Editorial Board.

Successful submissions will be notified through an Official Abstract Acceptance Letter.
