The registration fee is non-refundable. If you are unable to attend the event, your registration can be transferred to the next edition. Alternatively, you can choose to attend the event online. Please note that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.

Yes. You may submit more than one proposal and participate in more than two session either in oral or poster session. However, you may not present more than three papers during the conference.

Once you submit the abstract, we will let you know the acceptance in 2-4 business days. If you are not receiving the acceptance of abstract, please contact at: info-ucg@utilitarianconferences.com

You can participate in Virtual mode without attending the conference In Person and get presentation certification.

Each Oral Presenter will have 20-25 minutes for presentation including Q/A session

The working language of the conference is English.

Translators will not be available during presentations. If you wish you can get your own translator

Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.

Poster Dimensions: The display area for each poster on the poster board is 1 m wide by 1 m high. All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters. The conference organizers are NOT able to receive any posters by mail in advance, print or transport posters. There will NOT be facilities on-site for printing or composing posters.

Yes. For international participants, the Visa Invitation Fee is GBP 100 and the mandatory DTCM Permit Fee is GBP 100. Please complete your registration here: https://pediatrics.utilitarianconferences.com/registration

If you need accommodation at the conference venue, please select Package A (10 CME Credits). This package includes 2 nights’ accommodation (Check-in: June 17, 2026 | Check-out: June 19, 2026). If you require additional nights, kindly let us know and we will be happy to assist you further.
