Guidelines

Registration Guidelines

  1. Conference registration will begin at 8:00 AM on October 21, 2025, in Dubai, UAE.
  2. At the registration desk, attendees will receive ID cards and the conference program.
  3. For queries, connect with the onsite coordinator at the venue.
  4. Registration fees can be paid in cash onsite. Attendees must confirm their attendance via email and request the coordinator's name in advance.

Speaker Guidelines

  1. We kindly request you to share a professional high-definition photograph with us.
  2. Kindly share your 250-word biography to be included in the conference program.
  3. We would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly share your official organization logo.
  4. Kindly share the title of your talk (please ignore this request if you have already provided it).
  5. If you are unable to submit your abstract in advance, kindly submit your abstract at the conference.
  6. Kindly prepare 25–30 slides for your Oral presentation. This will help our committee members and the chairperson to thoroughly review and fairly evaluate your work for the Best Speaker Award.
  7. You can share the soft copy or a drive link with us, so we can arrange it in advance.
  8. Please ensure that our logo is included on each slide of your presentation.
  9. Once we provide you with the Speaker banner, we kindly request you to share it with your colleagues and post it on your social media platforms.

Poster Presentation Guidelines

  1. We kindly request you to share a professional high-definition photograph with us.
  2. Kindly share your 250-word biography to be included in the conference program.
  3. We would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly share your official organization logo.
  4. Kindly share the title of your poster (please ignore this request if you have already provided it).
  5. If you are unable to submit your abstract in advance, kindly submit your poster abstract at the conference.
  6. Kindly prepare 15–20 slides for your poster presentation. This will help our committee members and the chairperson to thoroughly review and fairly evaluate your work for the Best Poster Award.
  7. You can share the soft copy or a drive link with us, so we can arrange it in advance.
  8. Please ensure that our logo is included on each slide of your presentation.
  9. Once we provide you with the poster banner, we kindly request you to share it with your colleagues and post it on your social media platforms.

Delegate Guidelines

  1. We kindly request you to share a professional high-definition photograph with us.
  2. Kindly share your 250-word biography to be included in the conference program.
  3. We would greatly appreciate it if you could kindly share your official organization logo.
  4. Once we provide you with the Delegate banner, we kindly request you to share it with your colleagues and post it on your social media platforms.

Virtual Presentation Guidelines

  1. Virtual presentations enable participants worldwide to share their research remotely.
  2. Registered attendees will receive a virtual meeting invite with a personalized ID before the conference.
  3. Join the virtual session 30 minutes early to address any last-minute technical issues.
  4. Prepare for a 17-19 minute presentation, with 20-25 minutes allotted, including time for Q&A.
  5. Adhere to the time specified in the program schedule.
  6. Keep your updated presentation slides open and ready to share on your device during the session.
  7. Recorded presentations can be submitted instead of attending online. Provide recorded files and PowerPoint slides at least 10 days before October 21, 2025.

Certification Guidelines

  1. All attendees will receive a delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee members. Certificates will include names and affiliations as per the records.
  2. For corrections or changes, contact the organizers at least one month before the conference.
  3. Certificates will be distributed during or after the session. Attendees must remain present until the session concludes.
  4. E-certificates will be emailed within 2-3 working days after the conference concludes.
  5. Co-authors who do not attend the conference will not receive a certificate.
