Registration Guidelines
- Conference registration will begin at 8:00 AM on October 21, 2025, in Dubai, UAE.
- At the registration desk, attendees will receive ID cards and the conference program.
- For queries, connect with the onsite coordinator at the venue.
- Registration fees can be paid in cash onsite. Attendees must confirm their attendance via email and request the coordinator's name in advance.
Speaker/Poster Presentation Guidelines
- Maintain a professional tone, avoiding controversial topics unless central to the discussion.
- Tailor content to the audience's knowledge level and interests, focusing on pediatrics, perinatology, and child health themes.
- Use clear, concise slides with minimal text and easy-to-read fonts. Opt for high-contrast colors and avoid overcrowding slides.
- Organize your presentation into an introduction, body, and conclusion. Begin with an overview and conclude with a summary or call to action.
- Practice your presentation multiple times to ensure smooth delivery and adherence to timing.
- Submit presentation materials (slides, videos, etc.) by the deadline provided by UCGConferences.
- Use PowerPoint format for your presentation and confirm compatibility with the conference AV equipment.
- Bring a backup of your presentation on a USB drive or cloud storage for contingencies.
- Arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the conference starts.
- Provide a brief biography to the session chair for introduction purposes, including your name, title, affiliation, and relevant achievements.
- Engage the audience by encouraging questions and discussions. Answer thoughtfully and concisely.
- Speak clearly and at a moderate pace, avoiding reading directly from slides or notes.
- Use eye contact, gestures, and movement to keep the audience engaged. Avoid standing in one place for the entire presentation.
- Enhance understanding by using relevant visuals, charts, and examples.
- Be informed that slight changes to the program schedule may occur.
- Each speaker will have 20-25 minutes for their talk. Plan for 20 minutes to allow time for introductions and questions.
- Poster presentations will have 15 minutes, with 10 minutes for the talk and 5 minutes for Q&A.
- Start and end your presentation at the times indicated in the schedule to stay on track.
- Presentations must be in English.
Virtual Presentation Guidelines
- Virtual presentations enable participants worldwide to share their research remotely.
- Registered attendees will receive a virtual meeting invite with a personalized ID before the conference.
- Join the virtual session 30 minutes early to address any last-minute technical issues.
- Prepare for a 17-19 minute presentation, with 20-25 minutes allotted, including time for Q&A.
- Adhere to the time specified in the program schedule.
- Keep your updated presentation slides open and ready to share on your device during the session.
- Recorded presentations can be submitted instead of attending online. Provide recorded files and PowerPoint slides at least 10 days before October 21, 2025.
Certification Guidelines
- All attendees will receive a delegate certificate signed by the organizing committee members. Certificates will include names and affiliations as per the records.
- For corrections or changes, contact the organizers at least one month before the conference.
- Certificates will be distributed during or after the session. Attendees must remain present until the session concludes.
- E-certificates will be emailed within 2-3 working days after the conference concludes.
- Co-authors who do not attend the conference will not receive a certificate.
